Tala Security - Web Design & Branding
About The Company
Tala provides security solutions to protect enterprise websites against formjacking, magecart, and advanced attacks. It helps websites and web apps enable a completely secure web experience for users. It has developed a completely agent-less solution that leverages new and powerful web standards. Any website could use Tala to protect all of their end-users against web layer attacks, in a matter of minutes.
I had contributed to the branding and product design for Tala Security while I was employed at Talentica Software. The design brief for the project was to design their blog and additional digital / print requirements which included fliers, presentations, illustrations and iconography.
Blog Design
Tala Security maintains a full time blog to provide critical information to security professionals to stay ahead of evolving threats and help defend against criminal cyberattacks. Hence, a versatile, content heavy, readable and intuitive page had to be designed. Keeping these factors in mind I designed the wireframes, which could accommodate lots of content and at the same time, be readable and functional, which would encourage viewers to spend more time on the page. After successfully discussing the wireframes with the client, I moved onto making the visual designs for the blog. The UI was created, keeping in mind Tala's neutral colour palette and overall design language, so that it would perfectly sit with the rest of their website experience.
Flyer Design
Tala Security had been a part of multiple events held globally. Hence, a flyer / pamphlet was designed to showcase their product, ideology, service and process. The flier was 5.8" x 8.4". The colour palette and overall design language was tailor made according to the brand guidelines of Tala, with some additional creative liberties. The illustration was specifically designed for this pamphlet. Here are a few iterations of the design.
After discussion with the client, the third iteration was selected, to be taken forward. This time, instead of simply keeping the icons linear and 2D, I decided to experiment with isometric illustration styling, and that resulted in the following high fidelity layout.
Report and Documents
The following reports and documents were designed for Tala Security.
